Come check in to our bar and lounge, offering spirits and local beers along with Up North conversations.  Enjoy a pizza or appetizers, chips and ice cream novelties.  Log in your latest Musky catch on our board, play some pool or Pac Man.  Catch the fast and free WiFI from the Starlink satellite, spin some oldies on our record player, or relax by our floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace.  The Ghost Club Room keeps kids busy while you enjoy some Northwoods hospitality.

Dogs are part of the family, too.  As long as he is well behaved and on a leash while on the grounds, your dog is welcome here. Let him relax, or put him to work flushing out those birds.  An extra charge applies.

"We had wonderful time for our family vacation.  The owner Marcia is top notch on communication and guest satisfaction.   Carolyn and her husband Tracy were the face of GLL for the majority of our stay and were the best. Carolyn treats you like you're part of the family and always had a smile.  We booked late because of another trip being cancelled this year and couldn't have been happier.  It's like Frank Lloyd Wright and Dirty Dancing had child and GLL was born.  This is a fun family type resort.. we had  6 people and enjoyed the time doing Hayward Wisconsin standards and relaxing with what the resort offered. Pool was late opening this year(totally understandable) but you can swim in lake with swim dock. It's good clean Wisconsin Up north fun. We'll be back.. next trip just the hubby and the pups"

 

"Absolute Bliss. We spent a week in a lakeside cabin and upon arrival were so impressed with the lodge and seclusion. The cabin was probably the most romantic setting and presentation I've seen. Firewood was already stocked in the cabin and by the fire pit. The whole resort is immaculate and updated despite being early 20th century construction. You can appreciate the effort that has gone in to preservation of a classic quiet lake resort. Rent a fishing boat or pontoon with motor and it's waiting for you on your dock. We'll be back next year."
