A single bathroom comes with a combination tub/shower. It has a deck as well as a small screened porch with a private view. WiFi, TV (no reception), DVD player with a collection of DVD's, fire pit, barbecue grill and private pier. Max occupancy also includes a futon in the living room, (kids' use only for sleeping please.)
